Adoption Responsibilities

Roberta's Pure Bred Pets will guarantee the health of the kitten for 6 months and will requests the person adopting to have the kitten checked upon arrival to confirm kitten's health. Roberta's Pure Bred Pets will only ship quality healthy kittens as has been verified by a veterinarian with a health certificate.

This cat or kitten will be kept indoors its ENTIRE LIFE and NOT be allowed to roam freely outside.

If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected, mistreated, or allowed outside, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller, unconditionally.

Under NO circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

Submitting this application will pre-qualify and add you to our e-mail waiting list. If the kitten or cat is available now, arrangements will be made to send the kitten to you.

Payment Info

I accept Paypal or personal check for payment. If you are interested in purchasing a pet and have been approved for a home I will send you a payment form to your email. I will not hold any kitten without a deposit. The deposit is $300 and due on the day that you have decided to purchase the pet.

1) Seller will return deposit if cat is not produced within one year of deposit date.

All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you have paid for your kitten in full and request to cancel the sale then Roberta's Purebred Pets will send you a credit minus the deposit of $300.
